2024/25 SEASON

REGISTRATION

Please find below the online registration form for the upcoming 2024/25 season. Please ensure that all fields are completed correctly before submitting as any errors cannot be rectified later. If you wish to check that your form has been received then please contact the club via the 'Contact' page by clicking here.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

There are 3 levels of membership for the 2024/25 season.

Mens Standard Membership (£165)

Registration fee of £25 followed by £140 payable annually in one lump sum or monthly at £20 per month for 7 months via our Direct Debit scheme.

Womens Standard Membership (£25)

Discounted membership fee of £25.

Pay as You Play (Mens & Womens)

The applies to any player who wishes to pay per game and training session. Registration fee of £25 followed by payments of £5 per game and £3 per training session. These will be collected on a monthly basis.

GIFT AID

Please treat the membership fee as a Gift Aid donation at no extra cost to me.

I confirm I have paid or I will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for the current tax year (6th April 2024 to 5th April 2025) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the Charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for the current tax year.

 

I understand Dewsbury Rangers Football Club will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I have donated. 

Declaration

TERMS & CONDITIONS

I agree to the terms of this registration and understand that my family and I must abide by the clubs code of conduct. Club Management has the right to apply disciplinary measures to any player or associate who breaks this code of conduct. Any player fined by the FA and or the league will be asked to reimburse the amount. This must take place within 14 days of the charge to avoid suspension. I understand I will be suspended if membership fees are overdue and remain unpaid. I understand that my membership remains payable until cancelled in writing by emailing secretary@dewsburyrangers.co.uk. Any unpaid membership fees will be subject to external recovery processes should they remain unpaid and I understand that any recovery fees will be added to my outstanding balance. 

I agree to my information being collected, stored and used for club records and communication purposes only and understand that I can request a copy of all information held about me at any time.
