2024/25 SEASON

YOUTH
REGISTRATION

Please find below the youth registration form for the 2024/25 season. Please ensure that all fields are completed correctly before submitting as any errors cannot be rectified later. Please do not send in multiple forms unless you need to register multiple players. Please note that payment of the registration fee will be required to complete your child's registration.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

There are 2 levels of membership for the 2024/25 season.

Standard Membership (£165)
£25 registration fee followed by membership fees of £140. This can be paid in one lump sum or monthly over 7 months at £20 per month via Direct Debit.

Training Only Membership (£75)
Does not include matches. This membership is designed for players who cannot commit to matches but still wish to train with the club.

GIFT AID

Please treat my fee as a Gift Aid donation at no extra cost to me.

I confirm I have paid or I will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for the current tax year (6th April 2024 to 5th April 2025) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the Charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for the current tax year.

I understand Dewsbury Rangers Football Club will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I have donated. 

REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

I agree to the terms of this registration and understand that my family and I must abide by the clubs code of conduct. Club Management has the right to apply disciplinary measures to any player or parent who breaks this code of conduct. Any player or parent fined by the FA and or the league may be asked to reimburse the amount. This must take place within 14 days of the charge to avoid suspension. I understand my child will be suspended if membership fees are overdue and remain unpaid. I understand that my membership remains payable until cancelled in writing by emailing secretary@dewsburyrangers.co.uk. Any unpaid membership fees will be subject to external recovery processes should they remain unpaid and I understand that any recovery fees will be added to my outstanding balance. 

I agree to my information being collected, stored and used for club records and communication purposes only and understand that I can request a copy of all information held about me at any time.
