Our 23/24 Under 11s have been awarded with our Chris Furniss Memorial Award for 2024.

The award was created in memory of Chris Furniss, a previous coach of our current Under 18s, who sadly passed away in 2022 and is awarded to our 'Team of the Year'.

Not purely based on success on the pitch, the memorial award is given to the team that has shown all of the attributes that embody Dewsbury Rangers as a club and who have represented us perfectly on and off the field throughout the season.

That is not to say that the team didn't have a good season on the pitch. They reached the semi finals of the League Cup, narrowly missing out on a place in the final. They also had a solid league campaign to match. 

Off the pitch they attracted 3 sponsorships which allowed them to provide all players with a brand new home kit, an away kit and also training tracksuits. Thanks go to DPL Insulations and Ventilations, DMG Site Services and Whitegates Dewsbury for thier generous sponsorships.

Congratulations to Luke Williams, Daniel Ferry and Michael Barrowcliffe who manage the side, and also to all of the parents who along with the coaching team make the age group the success that it is.
